FireFTP is a free addon for the Firefox web browser which allows you to access FTP servers securely and quickly just as you would do with a usual piece of FTP software. With over 10 million downloads it is clearly a great addon.

MozBackup – Free Firefox Backup Tool

Most users will find even the thought of backing up firefox or thunderbird profiles daunting. The thought of having to look for the appropriate files or even the appropriate menu and then following a long and tedious task of working through until everything has been found.

Worries incase you have missed anything and are going to loose any important bookmarks or emails fill your head and in the end you decided it might be easier to just keep the system you have.

MozBackup is a very simple piece of software which searches your system for the appropriate Mozilla systems (firefox, thunderbird, etc) and then asks what one you want to backup.
