Recently Entrecard opened their new market place, their shop, where users could sell their items and services for Entrecard points. Now this is a fully virtual currency but one that has much value to users as it is a hugely used currency for advertisers.
You pay a user X points and you get 24 hours advertising on their site. The user can then spend or save their EC to buy adverts on other sites. Some sites can cost 3000+ points each day !! (Quite alot for those who dont use Entrecard)
The market place is great as it offers, houndreds of different things that people will do for other blogs or things they want rid of. Some people have sold Cd’s and stamps on the market place. But it is most commonly used to buy subscribers and visits. Many users buy Stumbleupon adds so that they recieve more visits.
If you are an entrecard user i reccommend checking it out there may be things you want to purchase. There may also be things for you to sell. You can make huge numbers of points which you can use for advertising or even buying things.
