Scotbux Turnaround and Forum Fixed

Scotbux.co.uk the Scottish PTC site has just re-oppened its forum after a huge bug brought it down. I have been speaking to the new owners and they assure me that Scotbux is about to go through a huge turn around.

Read their official release on the forum issues bellow.

Okay as you may have noticed the forum has been down for around about one week. We were recently doing our monthly forum backup (we should go more regularly we now know) when we noticed around 150 entries in the mod panel which we were not seeing on the site.

We then had our team look into what was wrong only to find that we had quite a major bug on our hands. The forum was taken offline for the bug to be fixed. A single post was forced through before any scripting changes were made. Just incase this would be the quickest fix.

It was going to take 10 minutes a post so scripting changes were our only option.

Sadly due to our script changes we were required to flush the system of all “rubbish” which included the items in the mod log. We lost all of the payout proof posts and sadly some users did not post payout proofs so we lost their proof.

However for all who posted images in their proof we will get them online soon.

But it will be done in spare time so please dont complain when you dont see them today :)
