I found that Firefox 3 was something of a step backwards. It was memory hungry and prone to lock-ups. I decided to try a few other browsers, but I found that none of them supported blogspot properly. Surprisingly this included Chrome, which is also a Google product.

I have found FF3.5 to be much better than its predecessor, while it is still memory hungry it is less prone to hanging and it releases the memory that it munches up much quicker.

I check Chrome occasionally to see whether decent support for blogspot authoring has been implemented, so it may end up being my browser of choice.

Since I 'upgraded' to FF3.5 I've noticed a definite slowing.

I use Opera for my general surfing, but FF for blogs and dropping, as it has the EC toolbar, but I'm thinking of switching too. Meh.
