Well maybe you are doing less advertising, but you are still getting points surely? Thus any advertising you are getting is still free, in the sense that it's not paid for by cash.

So a bit is better than nothing I assume.

On a *slightly* different topic:

How many clicks do you usually get from your adverts? I believe that EC is actually *not* very cost effective in terms of advertising on other blogs. Yes, it does drive some traffic in, but there's a reasonable chance that the incoming person would have visited anyway, if it's an EC dropper. I'm fairly sure, without doing an in depth analysis, that most of mine come from return drops or so on, and not advertisements I place.

I also believe that cheap 2 and 4EC blogs are probably more cost-effective than 4000EC adverts. A 2EC blog will likely get at least one visit, even if it's only the blog owner checking it out. How many visits will a 4k blog get? As a percentage, not that much I think.

Extending this example: if I spent 4k on 2000x2EC blogs, I'm sure there would be many more visits than 1x4000EC blog.

Gosh look at me rambling. The above is all speculation, but I believe the logic is fair enough, though I'm not sure there are 2k 2EC blogs out there, and of course it would take a lot more time to place ads on them all! lol

This input box needs to be bigger by the way. Why are all these message boxes always so darned small?

Aldon,
Nice to see you on LM-BLOG again. You were clearly earning alot more than I was from drops but well I just totalled everything (not including today) and so far in September i have lost 625 EC.

Which means I am going to loose roughly 2343 EC this month.

I hadnt realised it was quite this drastic but well that is roughly 9 * 256 ads. Alot of ads to loose out on.

I have not really analysed the ad prices yet but will take your word for it. This is actually making it seem alot worse for me.

I will stay until the end of October then I will make my decision. I will document it for LM-BLOG users.
